    Greetings from Britland

Yes indeed. I am a mysterious container hiding underneath Stonehenge lying in wait for a passing Timelord. Typing is just one of the many skills I've picked up over the passing centuries. Well, it gets boring just sitting about... ;) Cheers and I certainly shall.

    Greetings from Britland

Thanks for the welcome, everyone. :) To be honest, I initially wanted a tablet to display a full sheet of music so the bigger the better. But I thought it was a bit pricey for my needs, but when I read of all the things it could do, I indulged. Programming is just a recent notion. My...

    Greetings from Britland

Hi, everyone. I'm a returning Android user, having dabbled with a cheap-n-cheerful Android tablet a couple of years ago. It really was rubbish so my interest waned a bit... but now I've treated myself to a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 and am having a blast with it. I'm even tempted to dabble...

Note Pro 12.2 or Tab Pro 12.2

I considered the Tab Pro myself but when I thought about it, even though I normally wouldn't have much use for a stylus, it seemed a good idea. I'm glad I got the Note Pro because sometimes menus can have tiny buttons which make your finger seem clumsy and it takes a few goes to press to...

Which app allows me to draw on pptx?

I think I know what you mean. You want to add handwritten notes/diagrams to already existing documents? If so, when you pull out the stylus, you'll see the "air command" menu pop up, usually at the bottom right of the screen. If it doesn't, press the button on the S pen while hovering close...

Just got your Galaxy Note Pro 12.2? Post Here!

Wifi is still so flaky with so many things. I also disable Bluetooth when using it. Seems to help slightly. If I'm at home, I use a wired connection via a USB to RJ45 (female) converter, plugging it into my other USB OTG converter. These wee peripherals are very handy and cheap to buy..

Just got your Galaxy Note Pro 12.2? Post Here!

I got mine on Monday and I LOVE it! It's so much nicer to use than the last Android tablet I had which was - admittedly - a cheap one. The Note Pro scrolls sooooo smoothly and I've had no problems with it at all - and I've hardly put it down since I got it. Speaking of launchers, I'm not a...

    transfer files to sd card

My bad. I didn't read properly. Surely movies can just be copied over? I tried moving a video from the internal SD card to the external by the usual means - copy and paste. (I'm assuming cut and paste should just work as well.) In which case... gwynfor123, try this. Navigate to the movie...

    transfer files to sd card

I think the OP meant they wanted to move already installed apps (downloaded and installed from Google and the like) from the internal SD card to the external. Yes? I've only recently got my new Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 myself and, at the rate I'm installing things, moving stuff to the...

    Hancom Office Now Available

Having used (and got used to) MS Word for many years, having it on the Android would be something I'd definitely go for. But so long as Hancom is compatible, I can live with it.

    Hancom Office Now Available

Apologies if this question's been answered before, but is Hanword compatible with MS Word documents? I'm getting a tablet with Hancom Office next month and I have a Windows computer, so was wondering if the two could work and play nicely with each other.
