Follow up to my unit return issues post. The storefronts have their act together now. I had no trouble getting full refund / no restocking fee for my 1st gen Note 7. Feels great to rant up front, but you gotta come back and report when issues get solved.

Not only has Best Buy deleted option 3 (full refund) from the website, they have also deleted my fresh post about stores stonewalling full refunds in the forums.

The BB website information for the Note 7 recall states a return for full purchase price is one of the options for dealing with the situation. When I attempted to do so I was told the SKU was deleted and they could neither sell or accept returns of my Note 7. Is this merely at BB #665 or is it...
