Yay! My Dex arrived arrived this evening via a Hermes courier. Boo hiss... can't hook it up to a monitor until tomorrow when I buy a HDMI cable.

That's good news! Let's hope many more of us will also get an email confirming our Dex application has been cleared for P&P!

I contacted Samsung's Customer Service team yesterday (6 Oct) and again I was asked to submit a PDF of proof of the date I ordered my Note8 and a purchase receipt. Still haven't heard back from anyone if my Claim Number will be honoured.
