I've been getting the message saying "update is not available at this time. Please try again later". After a few hours of tweaking settings (non-rooted phone), I decided to turn off the sync over wifi setting in settings>data manager. I powered off my phone, turned it back on, went to settings...

Nothing for me yet in the midwest. Waiting patiently and checking my phone often :D

You could also try clearing the cache of the applications you run. I seemed to notice some speed increases after clearing cache on my phone.

I placed an order for the Impact case earlier today. Never did care for the Defender I had for my BB Tour and switched to the Impact case for that, so hoping the DX Impact case will be what I am looking for.

I had th exact same issue with gmail on my DX, even tried rebooting, clearing cache, force closing and restarting. What I ended up doing was loading the power control widget and making sure the sync control was turned on. Sure enough it wasn't and when I turned it on, gmail started working...

That was my problem too. Really frustrated me that Gmail would not sync, searched all over AC for an answer and this lead me to the issue.

Would like that case but congrats in advance to whomever does win!
