My gear manager has not updated since 9/15. When I click on check now it does nothing. Has anyone been able to check for updates lately?

The latest update came out last week.

The non 3g is sm-r720 and the 3g is sm-r730

Check out youtube. My original gear would not charge either. Google it and watch the video. Simple fix cured my charging problem.
