    CAN log into Samsung Account / CAN NOT log into Samsung Cloud

    I have the exact same problem with my galaxy S8. I even reset my password and logged into my account again on my phone and laptop but I still can't log into the cloud. Do you know how I can check (on my phone) to see if I'm still syncing with cloud?
