After my filed complaint with CPSC, Samsung called and offer me new phone shipped to me directly, Also ATT corp called and have a local store hold a phone for me to pickup with $75.00 credit already issued to my account.

I did asked to speak with manager. I was told manager is not available went for meeting ,was told check back tomorrow afternoon the corp store is 40 min drive. Today I called CPSC and filed complaint over the phone. They asked for location and phone number of Sams club and ATT corp store...

Same issues with me. Called ATT corp store, confirmed with rep that I bought Note 7 Sams club. He said we will exchange it, drove 30 min then declined to exchange/swap. Asked me to go back to sams club.

AT&T corp store declined to swap out my note 7 purchased at SC.

I have been Samsung fan ever since my first samsung phone, S3, S4, Note 3, S5, Note 4. I Gave iPhone 6 plus a try after ridiculous samsung support and was the worst decision. I can't be any more happier to come back to Android. Nexus is the way to go. No way i am buying another Samsung.
