Yep - exact same issue here. The issue is with any 3rd party app that uses the camera (snapchat, qr code scanner, twitter, etc). When a 3rd party app calls the camera, it crashes it and only a reboot makes the proper camera functional again. Factory reset/safe mode doesn't help. A coworker and I...
