Here is where I stand. I had a OneX on LTE. I popped my Sim in my nexus 4 and applied the necessary APN. I then called at&t and had my account changed from lte. My nexus 4 showed up in his comp right away and he knew lte wasn't compatible. So he supposedly changed it to the necessary data plan...
