I just ran into this problem, and know exactly what your talking about. My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy A32 5G. Mine did it and hers didn't. Same wifi and mobile network. It can be changed in settings, developer options. Scroll down to, mobile data always active, and turn it off. To...
