Re: HTC ONE not charging and Usb not recognizing ! :( Mine would not charge unless it was completely turned off. Rebooting sometimes fixed this, but usually not. The screen would not auto-rotate. It would jump into car mode, etc. I finally uninstalled an app that "saves my battery"...
