    How to stop pop up Ads from Publicis on my home screen

    I have the same crap on my Samsung S8 and i see its got a Facebook Logo and called Publicis. I have no idea how to kill it - i downloaded a Malware program and antivirus no luck. Driving me crazy randomly pops up - anybody manage to find a solution or fix?
