Seems like no one takes this "issue" seriously. But I am totally on the same page. This is a huge issue for me and this alone makes me want to switch mail apps. Very frustrating.

Wouldn't this disable "Earphones" for all Audio Applications??? I have the same exact issue. Everything I connect my Bluetooth headset, the default music player begins playing. It is startling and honestly, quite stupid. This happened with both, my Galaxy S5 and Note 4. WTF?

So what is the story, is it really some conflict with the crappy Office app that is preloaded in the Note 4 that Google won't allow Office Mobile to be installed via Google Play? Ridiculous. Glad I found the workaround.

You can install it manually by uploading the APK for Office Mobile. Make sure in Security settings, you check off Allow Unknown Sources... I couldnt attach onto this comment and apparently I don't post enough to post links but just Google it and you can find the APK on the APK 4 Fun website.

This is BS! Why would Samsung include this in the notification bar? Who needs a confirmation EVERY TIME an email is sent? Ridiculous.
