Data transfer between PC and Android is working fine.

I tried using another otg cable and still have problem.I don't have problem with usb charger.

I have Samsung galaxy s3 neo.OTG cable and otg ir remote device worked fine and after few days it won't detect my otg cable and otg ir remote device until I pull otg cable little up and hold it and some time when I connect otg cable it says usb connector connected and usb connector disconnected...

When I mount usb storage and try to delete something it says: cannot remove file.the storage is write-protected.Remove write-protection and try again.

I cannot even create folder.

When I want to remove something from my internal storage it says file cannot be deleted.How to fix this?????

I contacted them and they said that they don't have it.They said engineers have it.
