This is a common problem... A pain... I had one fix .. Hold power button and vol. up and down., for at least 3 minutes... resets battery, which apparently controls permission memory.. I have look at all posts.. MY OPINION.. batteries are getting old on this device. HOWEVER.. I found the fix...
