    Your right it is not Verizon, it is most likely Motorola issue

    I just got off the phone with Verizon complaining about upgrading to Jelly Bean and now half my txts still show the green arrow when I hit send. Some send and some don't. They said this was a known issue and the fix was to do a factory reset on the phone. Thanks Verizon.
