No problems here. Perhaps you've toggled the keyboard mode? Long press the microphone key (to the left of spacebar). On pop up, select keyboards (far right icon). Make change to normal keyboard. Hope that helps.

Downloading now. To get this update I had to manually select: Settings | General | About Device | Update to get it, even though Auto Update is checked. Maybe if I did a full power down restart it would have automatically found it.
