So far no one has posted the correct answer. You have to make all of these changes to tts and maybe to phone language as well. BUT THEN YOU HAVE TO OPEN THE NAVIGATION APP, GO TO SETTINGS, LOG OUT AND THEN LOG IN AGAIN. Why? Because AI is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo far away.
