My battery def got worse, after my OTA update i could see the battery going down by the minute.

I also did the Netflix side load and it is working with my new update so far!

when is the official OTA update coming from ATT? I just want to have the official update loaded and seems like it should be out be now..... Just spoke with an ATT rep, release was delayed will begin august 9th.

I have expierenced this same issue. Goes to Voice Dial when i am playing music on my Rhapsody App with the headphone jack in playing through my car speakers...
