    S4 screen lock disabled by administrator, encription policy or credential storage?

    I had same issue. I fixed it by removing a WiFi account that was using requiring a screen lock to be on the network. Try and remove any saved wifi accounts. Otherwise, some apps also require you too have a screen lock. This is done for security purposes. Hope this helps.:mad:
