S3 LTE has 2gb Ram and is Quad core. My s5 is laggy as hell, always freezing, Ive been trying the whole "let it fill up the memory its better" thing, well from what I can see about Android being great at managing memory, its not, its so much slower than my s3 LTE. The s5 needs more Ram.
