Thanks - it took me a while to find the widgets and to work out how to re-add the right one, but it is now back. Still don't know why it vanished though.

My S3 mini home screen used to display a digital clock and the local weather, but no longer does. How can I get them back? I've tried resetting the home screen mode and changing the wallpaper, and the home screen is the right one, it is just the clock and weather that have disappeared.
