I didn't noticed the problem till today! It is a bit annoying, but then I remember that previously (on my Nexus 5) I have used an app called "Silence Premium Do Not Disturb" which completely solved the problem! Normally I set up sleeping hours from 1AM to 9AM to not ring or blinking the LED...
