Earpiece mic was dead with my Nexus 5. Got a RMA setup within a hour of receiving the phone on Monday. My email said 3-4 weeks, but I actually got my phone this last Wednesday. Google has really improved their customer service since the Nexus 4 fustercluck.

Should I be worried??? I ordered at 12:47pm EST 11/13 Backorder email received 11/15 received email on 11/26 from Google that my order is scheduled to ship this week. I'm still in "pending" with no shipping or anything.
