Aren't you transferring all the songs online then? my Music Lib is > 100 Gb. Not really interested uploading 100 Gb..

I'm having the same problem with KIES, and tried some other programs as well.. The files are transferred just fine, but those playlists refused to work properly. Either they are empty or there are 20 songs and while watching it, it jumps to 2-3 songs .. But for real I should have 80 songs...

Thanks, I will look into that. Getting really frustrated that I can only make playlists when the songs on my phone, through KIES it doesn't work... ruined many listings now.
