I thought the policy was that if you paid full retail price for the phone, you could keep the unlimited data plan. However, if you chose to buy a subsidized phone, you had to give up the unlimited plan.

It's not your eyes. I believe the font changed. But damn, it's small and not very readable(IMHO). I don't think there is a way of changing the size or brightness...it's been mentioned a couple of times here in the forum and I haven't seen a remedy. Maybe with the next update...

ICS is NOT progress to those that are having problems using their PHONE as a PHONE. You may like all the nice visual changes and the fact that something now takes 2 taps of the screen instead of 3. But for those us that use the PHONE as a tool, for business, not as a toy, when an update...

There is noting..I repeat...nothing in the policies that are built in to Exchange 2010 that that will allow the retrieval of any data (other then to sync your email,contacts, calendar..)from your phone. Maybe some 3rd party management application may have this, but the policy that can be pushed...

I totally agree. I could deal with all the other issues with ICS. But droppped calls, missed calls and total loss of signal cannot be overlooked. After all...it's first..and foremost function...is to be a phone.

Just what do you feel was the MAJOR upgrade? sure..there are some nice visual enhancements, but I don't see where it was anywhere near a major improvement. I too think they rushed it out the door, barely beating the 'deliver by 2nd qtr' deadline. I had no issues with GB..no data drops. no...

With GB...I used to be able to set the option to not dim the screen while it was plugged in (charging). I don't see that anymore. I do have the option under the developer settings not to 'sleep' while charging...but that isn't it. Anyone see if this option is still available?

Just a shot in the dark..but Settings Under "Wireless & Networks" tap "More..." Tap Mobile Networks Is the "Data Enabled" option Checked?

When you buy a computer, do they load all the updates on it before you walk out the door? just sayin'....
