I had a 32 gig Sandisk and was working fine. I switched to amazon ordered 64 gig Sandisk to load a few more movies. This thing gets hot as hell and my car charger couldn't even keep up with it and it was losing a charge faster than it was charging.! I got an RMA and we will see what happens...
