    I'm experiencing poor voice call quality on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Duos, how do I fix this?

    My family purchased 4 samsung galaxy core phones in August of 2015 for Verizon through Costco. Several people say its difficult to understand us. Verizon store chalked it up to a bad sim card. Replacement did not help.
