    Maybe try to adjust your finger a little bit. If you press to hard it won't work right either.

    Where is the microphone on the Samsung Galaxy S5?

    For when you are on a phone call. I see a speaker on the back, is that it? Why would you put the mic on the back of the phone? It would be hard for anyone to hear you.
