I use Swiftkey and I like it a lot. Sometimes I use Gboard, but I find its suggestions not that great. My U11+ has also Touchpal, which I also find good, but not as good as Swiftkey.

I live in Germany and got the U11+ too. I agree with almost everything posted here. The display is actually very good and also under direct sunlight readable with no problems. On Wifi I get up to 9 hours SOT!! On LTE though I get a maximum of 5 hours, which is not bad, but could be better...

The last week I used my HTC 10 as my only computer. My Surface Book died and had to go back to MS. In this week I was amazed to see how great the HTC 10 is. It had no issues whatsoever with all the tasks I threw at it. This is the best phone I have ever had.

I cannot say, but with normal mp3s the quality is very good, better than all of the phones I ever had. I am not an audiophile but I can hear the difference.
