As far a battery use, one problem may have been my initial use after downloading the ROM and experimenting with it( ya think?). Battery life has pretty much stabilized and the device is working well! A Belated thanks to the Developer!

Other than this falling on deaf ears, I went ahead with the Dante ROM. It seems to work very well, however it does seem to use quite a bit of battery. Edited for stupidity, lol!

Okay, I am all rooted with ZVJ and I would like to flash the Dante ROM. After downloading and flashing DanteRom.v4.signed.zip are there any other patches, etc. needed for this ROM to function properly, anything to look out for? Downloading the ROM is taking 40 min, is that normal? Please excuse...

Never you all mind my ignorance, lol. Said what the hell and I got it Rooted to ZVJ as per the instructions. It was kind of a PITA, every step after A I had to reboot my comp? Big a big thanks to the OP and the rest!! I was thinking of using a custom rom, but then I might be handing this phone...

Do you have to remove ZVD update.zip from your phone before continuing to the ZVJ update/root? How does it know which update zip to use? Yes I am a Noob with a capital N!
