CDT is Central Daylight Time, which just started Sunday as opposed to CST Central Standard Time. If you go by cites it is Chicago time.

Thanks dsvendse for the very informative and useful post. I also agree - What was Samsung thinking to release new Drivers and Kies without complete testing! Makes me doubt the use of ANY Samsung app if this is their attention to quality and details.
