    Why do I keep getting a weird notification sound

    I just wanted to chime in on this! As my solution was different! Similar problem, strange sound, every day at the same time! IFTT app was setting my call volume at 8am every morning. Just like I set IFTT to set it to silent at 10pm! Now I know what the sound is!
