    This has been such a great tablet, though it seems to have stalled on 5.1 without ever getting an update to 5.1.1. I imagine that it will now be neglected like so many devices of that era and it's at the end of the support life cycle. Has anyone heard any differently?

    You don't need to do one, but consider it if you're having numerous issues after the update. If having issues with only one or two apps then I would try uninstalling and reinstalling those before doing a factory reset. please back away from the screen

    Verizon was disappointed that all hopes of getting Kit Kat had faded away entirely yet so they pulled it for another few months. They would prefer to wait until 4.5 is released this summer so we can be the optimal one full version behind! please back away from the screen
