Has anyone else seen a drop in signal/connection and or speeds for data since upgrading? I live in Philadelphia and generally get 4G/3G signal strong aside from being in the house. As of updating the OS. Now I am getting 2-3 bars if that even outside in areas I was getting full signal. Also...
