re: I've been trying that since the day it was installed. The install guy thought it might have been the cable I was using. Went home and used my actual cable and that didn't change things. Now he thinks it may be a defective head unit and he wants me to come in to swap it.

So, everything appears to be working fine except that I cannot listen to any media audio when going through Android Auto. Phone calls work fine (through blue tooth). No music through the speakers (though the app appears to be working fine on the phone and on the 4100 screen). No audio...
