We bought my daughter a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. She is having problems playing video apps (e.g. Youtube, BBC iplayer, catchuptv), and video through her browser, all of which have worked previously. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? ( I don't know anything about tablets). Thanks for any suggestions
