So I just tried pasting the number into the phone app. Then I long pressed on the number in the dialer and when I did that, I DID get the context menu that I would expect to see elsewhere showing Call and then under the arrow a bunch more options like message or facebook messenger or whatsapp...

That didn't do it. The reddit suggestion is now gone, but that is it. Can someone verify that when they long press and highlight a number in something that it does provide the options to call or message?

Typically when you long press over a phone number, it will pop up options in addition to copy or select all or web search and it will offer Call or Message because it knows its a phone number. My pixel 10 Pro XL is no longer providing that option. So now I have to copy the number and then go to...

I know how it works. It's been working fine for months, only recently is it unavailable and greyed out.

The assistant voice typing is associated with Gboard. So any text input field shows the keyboard and when I click the gear icon, the assistant voice typing is greyed out and says is not available right now. Regular voice typing still works. I've tried all the obvious things, restarting, clearing...

I did that before posting originally.

Restarting works temporarily, but then it randomly stops working again after a while. Yes I've cleared storage and cache and forced stop inside keyboard. Nothing fixes it.

I'm using the correct one. It's the one just above the p and when you press it it lights up the Google colors blue red yellow green.
