Thought so. They use Expansys who should have emailed you to notify you of the delay, however I can personally confirm they often fail to send the email and nothing will happen until you contact them.

You will be waiting forever unless you contact them if the issue is a difference between your billing and delivery addresses! Just call them they are the only people who know the answer to your question!!
