This phone had the potential to be the king of phones but LG screw up. No removable battery! Pro: 1080p to save battery, latest chips. Small form because of curves. Swapable back. Coming from Note 4 with lags touchwiz. LG is by far more intuitive interface.

OH MY GOSH OH MY GOSH, nothing, spend hours. Finally!! Install ES Explorer, go to your extSD card, proceed to delete everything after you have copy your contents to PC. ES will prompt to go to "SHOW SD Card" then select your EXT SDCARD and proceed to deletes all files!!
