Found a patch to fix the sound on existz's ROM. [PATCH][MOD] Inspiremod 0.5 - Inspire 4G patch for CM 7 - Branding/GPS/Audio/More - xda-developers Looks like I'm sticking with stock ICS after all :D

When I got mine stuck I rebooted into recovery and flashed an old rom I had. Then restored a backup once it booted properly. Don't know if that helps, but it's rooted it is possible to fix.

+1 It's running much better than the 4.0.3 that I was running. It would freeze and reboot randomly, text would be garbled and that all seems to be corrected. I did try an ICS Sense rom and I liked it but the camera still didn't work, so I wound up with existz's. I think I like the stock ICS...
