I cannot seem to get chat bubbles turned on for the Messages app on my 3XL. I have turned on the Bubbles both in the Settings and made sure that all messages can be "bubbled". What am I missing?

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that sms (messages app) and data (from certain apps) get delayed. The only way I can get that info, is to reboot. Rebooting helps for a while, but the issue happens again Help!

Ever since at least Friday, sms (and mms) have not been coming in on my nonrooted 3xl. I can usually get them to be received by rebooting. I can send, but just can't receive. Suggestions?
