My Samsung Tab3 8 inch is having the same problem. So i finally got it to charge when i connected it to my Computer. I got it to go but, it took 5 hours to charge it. PS. My Computer Has USB 2.0 And 3.0 The cable i used was and old htc charger so if you have a newer one it will charge faster. I...
