You shouldn't buy a ZAGG at all, unless you love to clean off fingerprint smudges constantly - ZAGGs attract them like white on rice. If you don't want to clean the glass constantly, get the Tech Armor ballistic glass protector, which truly is oleophobic. And yes, I have used both. I threw...

But you do need to carry around a cloth to wipe off the smudges that the gorilla glass sucks off of your fingers like a vacuum cleaner.

I also agree with the article. Add the Qi charging back and it's also very easy to charge. Although I still feel that leaving the Qi coil out of a $600 phone is absurd - in 2014 you have to plug a phone in to charge it? Really?.

No one can give you a useful answer except folks who have used both. You should specify that in your question.

I feel the same way. The S5 is just right for sending and receiving information on the fly but if I have to do real work, that's what tablets or notebooks are for.

The Zagg attracts finger smudges - I threw mine away. I've tried a few and the Tech Armor is the best - you rarely have to wipe finger smudges off of it.

If you don't get an answer it's because few of us like to do those kind of experiments on a $600 phone.

I assume you don't want to retain the S5's water resistance. Because that flap won't last long - replacements showed up on Amazon some time ago.

The OEM Samsung case also fits (I have one), even though they don't say that on the Sammy web site. The Diz case is very nice but very smooth. Some folks like a more "grappy" silicone rubber case and that's what the Sammy case is.

Also, Qi charging probably wouldn't work at all.
