I think a class action lawsuit should be in order. If anyone here knows where to start, that'd be great. It would have to be an attorney who would get paid from settlement money, because I have no money for an attorney.

Yep, I'm in the same boat with the rest of you. I would have been happy to keep my older HTC phone, had it not been stolen. 2.3 GB System Data is what my storage shows. Can't update a single app. I have one photo stored, can't store any more. I do see past photos periodically, which I can't seem...
