I think it is because of the VOLTE as any kind of voice usage on handset drains battery very fast but there should be certain standard time. Sometimes it goes low in two to three hours which is sign of a problem.

I am also facing same issue with my Samsung mobile, Within two years of buying time my mobile battery started heating up. But it is true that, all these chargers are different and the cable that is used is different. so it is always recommended to use the charger that comes with the device.

Your browser might be a problem. Such problems also occur if it is affected by virus.

Try uninstalling the application. sometimes there is error with the versions and they are not completely tested. load the previous version if possible or keep it off for some days and check whether it is working fine.

Please get it repaired if your phone is under warranty. Even I was facing the same problem with one of my handset and there was a problem with the Integrated circuit mounted on the circuit board in the handset.
