Well, now I can confirm the yellow trash can animation is gone, but now I just get the ad everytime I acces my phone:

I have no DT Ignite app, but the "Mobile Sevices App" has the same icon, is this ok?

The yellow trash is on again, and see nothing different in the runnig apps, I'll try disabling Mobile Services Manager and see what happens.

I had Clean Master and ES File Explorer installed, already uninstalled both. I've used clean master for a long time and never had any issues, but installed ES FE a few days ago along with other file explrorer utility (needed for NAS file access) and then the problems began. It's a LG G5. Right...

This happened to me too, I uninstalled a bunch of apps I installed recently, but it didn't go away, here's a screenshot of it, after "cleaning" whatever it may clean, always brings some kind of advertisement:
