I have held the power button down with and with out the charger. I tried holding down the power button and down volume and choosing reboot. It didn't do anything. I was afraid to try anything else listed.

Makes no difference. I can hold it in and it flashes like its going to reboot. I can also eventually get it to turn off. But that is it. I have the sound on silent so I have no idea if the sound is working. I did push the power button and the up volume button at same time and it went to a...

Did not drop it or anything else. Was using it earlier without issue. But picked it up and now it just shows all all black screen but has the word samsung in white in middle of screen. It is fully charged. But does nothing else. It doesn't sleep either. Help me!:(
