Awesome! I wonder if they might do that for me. While I will be getting the Pixel 2 XL, I wouldn't mind a Pixel about right now. My Nexus 6P keeps repeatedly shutting off at 15 to even 20% battery life.

Honestly Google needs to implement the ability to lock applications natively in the OS and you'll have to input ones fingerprint to unlock and use that application. Biometric protection. I know Apple is doing something like that and I know there's a really popular tweak in Cydia that does that...

Yes. I definitely want to know! Night Mode works fabulously on my 6P on 7.0 and its become vital. Pathetic that Google removed this featured and stated it was because of hardware limitation which is total BS. If Apple can do it for their 64 bit Chips going back to 2013 (A7) than so can Google.

LMAO. I doubt it has ANYTHING to do with the Note 7 having USB Type C! Like at all. No correlation what so ever. For all we know, it could be the circuitry around the battery. Funny comment.
