    I meant when i insert the sim, there is a msg on the phone saying its "Configuring your cellular service" it tries 5 times before it gives up

    My current sim is from an IPhone 6. I tried inserting that, but no luck. It just keeps retrying, with a maximum of 5 tries

    The rep at my local sprint store said that since they dont cary the phone i can't do it. I wentto two different stores and got the same response! Any ideas? Also, on the sprint site, when trying to activate it myself it doesnt recognize the esn

    Went to a Sprint store yesterday with my Pixel XL to connect it on my current line, and they said its not possible. The only way i can connect my Pixel is through one of their pre-paid plans. Thats very disapointing 😕
